Scope Home Access is registered to provide a range of supports for the elderly through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and for participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our NDIS supports include Occupational Therapy Environmental Assessments and Home Modifications, and our Aged services include Home modifications, Home and Yard maintenance, and Occupational Therapy Environmental Assessments – all with the aim of making the home environment safer and more accessible. CHSP funding means that eligible Aged clients receive their services at a subsidised rate. The complexity of modifications can vary greatly from minor modifications such as grab rails, hand held showers, lever taps, handrails, and access ramps to major modifications which can involve renovations to your bathroom, kitchen or access areas. Scope Home Access provides service across multiple areas in NSW including the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, Hunter, Southern Highlands and Queanbeyan Regions
