About

The Service has been in operation over 20 years providing Level 1 modifications and minor maintenance to the homes of the frail aged, people with a disability and their carers.

Funded by the Department of Health CHSP Program and the NSW Government Department of Family and Community Services Ageing, Disability and Homecare Supports Program.

Modifications include: installation of external handrails, internal grab rails, lever taps and timber ramps. Modifications need to be referred to us by an Occupational Therapist.

Maintenance work includes minor carpentry/maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical and gutter cleaning. Clients can refer directly to the service.

Cost: there is a subsidy applied for eligible clients.

Eligible clients: aged over 65 (over 50 for ATSI) or under 65 with a disabilty (under 50 for ATSI)

Contractracted work:: we ensure Contractors are Licenced, Insured and obtain a National Criminal Check.
