Future revisions of the application will include the following features:

• Improved data analytics reports that provide instant real-time feedback of the community's concerns and experiences around those concerns
• Advanced training videos to enhance the user's (ultimately community's) engagement
• Advanced marketing videos and/or animations and motion graphics to promote the app and services to the greater communities nationally
• Easier, faster and smoother app on-boarding processes to significantly reduce app abandonment rates (e.g. avoid too many steps to sign-up)
• Push notification systems to encourage engagement
• Incentivisation and mobile personalisation through customised content and tailored insights toward specific users.
