Youngcare Connect

Youngcare Connect is a free service available to connect young people with significant disabilities to support and information.

Youngcare Connect, proudly made possible by Suncorp Insurance, is a national phone service that provides free support and information to young people with significant disabilities, their families and carers.

Staffed by Youngcare Connect Liaison Officers, the service is a single point of contact for appropriate information and referral pathways about relevant services for young people with high care needs. The service is designed to help you navigate the Australian disability and health care systems.

By contacting Youngcare Connect, you can be provided with information about:

•    Respite
•    Local service providers
•    Funding options
•    Social and recreational supports

•    Youngcare At Home Care Grants.
