Hats off to Woolworths (and now Coles).
The supermarket giant today announced it will open at 7am to 8am exclusively for seniors, so that older Australians are able to buy necessary items, instead of missing out because of the mobs who have depleted shopping shelves all over Australia.
The measure is in effect from 7am Tuesday, 17th of March and older consumers will need to be in possession of a relevant concession card.
