WA HACC Transition Roadshow – 16-20 April 2018

A second roadshow on the Western Australian HACC transition to the Commonwealth Home Support Programme will be held for WA HACC service providers and other interested stakeholders.

The roadshow will provide important information about your responsibilities under the CHSP including:

• CHSP grant agreements
• My Aged Care operations
• Data Exchange training.

The roadshow will include sessions in the Perth metropolitan and south west areas. All WA regional and remote providers will have the opportunity to participate via videoconferencing facilities.

Invitations to the roadshow were issued to service providers this week.

Webinar

A webinar on the WA HACC transition will be held in May 2018, where stakeholders can submit questions online. The webinar will be recorded and made available on the department’s website.More information
