We are trialing a checklist of building features, which repeatedly frustrate staff and public. Each of the unwelcome features is reported to have compromised productivity and/or health in several of 175 public buildings evaluated in Australia and NZ. An example of the unwelcome features is "The Tripping Step" (attached).

We would welcome up to six capital works or property managers who would like to trial the process and provide feedback.
