A report of the findings of a collaborative research project between The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing (CCDA), the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) Alliance, and the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI) into challenges of Home Care and CHSP Providers caring for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Seniors has been made available for service providers.
The findings of the small sample online survey conducted in 2024 highlight oppertunities for growth within service provider organisations in order to better support Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Seniors and those caring for them, including challenges tied to budgetary restrictions.
