GradAccess: centralised recruitment stream for people with disability into Australian Public Service

GradAccess is a centralised recruitment stream for people with disability into Australian Public Service graduate programs. This year is the second year of the pilot.

GradAccess gives you the opportunity to gain a graduate role in a number of Australian Government agencies through a single centralised recruitment process.

As a graduate in the Australian Public Service you will experience dynamic roles across a wide variety of work areas. This unique opportunity will equip you with skills and knowledge to give your career a professional edge.

Over the course of the graduate period, graduates will experience:

  • Ongoing positions in their employing agency which may involve rotations in different business areas;

  • On the job structured training designed to help establish and build a fulfilling career; and

  • Networking opportunities to build personal and professional networks.

GradAccess is a safe and supported entry point to a fulfilling career in the Australian Public Service. The GradAccess team will offer you friendly and professional support throughout the entire process.

Applications for the 2019 graduate programs opened on 28 May 2018 and will close on 1 July 2018.

The majority of the graduate opportunities in 2019 will be located in Canberra. If you are successful, your employing agency can assist you with relocation costs.
