Changes to Support at Home pricing arrangements

New changes to Support at Home pricing arrangements include price caps on services under the new Support at Home program beginning from 1 July 2026. This announcement includes details about Consumer Confidence Protections, and pricing considerations for the first year of the Support at Home program (from 1 July 2025). (Prices for Support at Home services in-home aged care providers will continue to be set by providers, as currently occurs in the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program until 1 July 2026.)
