Brisbane Airport introduces Australian-first Hidden Disability Program

Brisbane Airport has introduced a new program designed to support travellers with hidden disabilities.

Soft-launched in November last year, the Hidden Disability Program was introduced to help Brisbane Airport front-line staff identify and assist travellers with a hidden disability that may otherwise go unnoticed.

A spokesperson from Brisbane Airport told F2L the airport hopes to remove some of the barriers that may inhibit travel for people living with a hidden disability through the program.
