The third edition of the booklet At Home with Dementia has been updated and re-published. It is a useful resource for people living with dementia, their families and carers in NSW who are concerned about dementia or are interested in learning more about the condition.
At Home with Dementia provides valuable information on dementia, problem solving, memory aids, creating a supportive environment and contains information and details of many links for useful products, services and resources.
