Bathroom Modifications

The bathroom modifications workshop aims to provide occupational therapy practitioners and students with:

• Knowledge about broad principles for designing bathrooms for domestic homes
• Practical information on products and designs to suit bathrooms for older people and people with disabilities
• Information about resources to assist with problem solving a range of client scenarios
• Direct discussion about technical building issues, with a builder who is present at the workshop
• Opportunity to discuss and problem solve case scenarios from their own work setting.

 

Registration commences at 8.30am and each workshop starts at 9.00am. 

All are welcome to attend the Qld Home Modification Discussion Group the next day on the Saturday at LifeTec Australia in Newmarket, Brisbane. It is a free event to assist with our CPD.
