2018 ARPA National Conference

Rediscover, Reimagine and Reinvent Workplace Rehabilitation

Every business sector goes through good times and bad; it’s the natural cycle of economics, the interplay of supply and demand.  But over the past few years there has been significant change to the workplace rehabilitation sector much of it positive, some negative and it’s not immediately obvious how our industry will come through it unscathed; if the world keeps changing faster and faster we’ll need to seriously rethink what we do and how we do it. That’s what these two days are about: a rare opportunity to step back from the daily struggle to take a fresh look at ourselves both as and industry and as individual businesses… and maybe even see a better, brighter future that we’ve just been too busy to notice.

We’ll look at how the world is changing and what might be next, hear from industry leaders about the opportunities and challenges they see and what they’re doing to make the most of both. We’ll discover practical tools and techniques to get the best out of ourselves and our people, discuss what might be stopping us (and what to do about it) and be challenged to rediscover, reimagine and reinvent the business we have to create the future we want.
