With the rollout of significant reform affecting the home and community care sector, it’s important for providers to be informed and prepared to navigate these critical changes to their business and service model, both now and into the future.

As the sector makes the transition to a single Support at Home Program by 2023, and with changes to the funding model already in effect, it’s essential to explore how providers can successfully manage this transition and prepare their services to deliver high quality and flexible care to meet consumer’s needs.
