Assistive Technology and Smart Environments Webinar

The Age and Ageing CAG and the UNSW Ageing Futures Institute are pleased to announce our joint webinar - 'Assistive Technology and Smart Environments'. The webinar will include a 10-minute talk from each of our 4 speakers, followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

Speakers:

Professor Catherine Bridge: “Smart home assistive technology: Preliminary evidence for effectiveness of devices and services in Australia”.

Professor Stephen Lord: "New technologies for fall prevention in older people".

Dr Seyed Shahrestani: "Aging Well: Assistive Machine Learning and Internet of Things".

Mr Andrew Haigh: "Challenges in the design of highly-instrumented spaces".
