Target audience: Anyone in the house-building and design sectors, particularly those who want to know the advantages of Livable Housing Design Guidelines over AS4299. Specifically, anyone procuring design services who is trying to align their housing designs to their social housing tenancies. Maintenance teams and allocation officers might also be interested in how universally designed homes mean less modifications and easier placement of tenants due to the design being suited to a broader population.
Prerequisite: As a prerequisite to this webinar, attendees are requested to complete the free online course ‘Introduction to Universal Design’.
