Aging and Society: Fifth Interdisciplinary Conference - USA

Day 1 of 2

This conference has a theme organised around Age-friendly design for accessibility - initiatives for the public built environment, houses and retirement and care facilities.

Special Focus 2015: Inter-Generational Relationships

 

This knowledge community is brought together by a common concern for learning and an interest to explore issues of concern in the fields of aging and society, and in their social interconnections and implications.   We are inviting proposals for paper presentations, workshops/interactive sessions, posters/exhibits, or colloquia (See Proposal Types) addressing aging and society through one of the following themes:  

  • Economic and Demographic Perspectives on Aging
  • Medical Perspectives on Aging, Health, Wellness
  • Public Policy and Public Perspectives on Aging
  • Social and Cultural Perspectives on Aging
