3 December is International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD), a United Nations sanctioned day that celebrates progress in breaking down barriers, opening doors, and realising an inclusive society for all.
The National Disability Awards at Parliament House recognise outstanding work of individuals, teams and organisations that improve the lives of people with disability.
Wearing the IDPwD ribbon, joining an online conversation, nominating someone for a National Disability Award, or attending or hosting an event are some of the ways you can get involved.
