Has anyone found a way to raise the height of a toilet using aids/equipment? I have tried a Homecraft Savannah raised toilet seat but it didn't clamp onto the bowl firmly enough, lifting up on one side when my client transferred on/off. A grabrail on the wall is not enough.

An over-toilet frame is not suitable for my client, either.

You can get a "collar" that goes under the pan. This may require a new pan though....$$$
Search the ILC web site under "building"

Hi Lara,

I know I am out of date here, but are in the process of introducing a range of independently power toilet lifters suitable for all applications. Just being released to the Austaralian market and we have sole distributorship. Feedback from OT's in Qld has been very positive and we believe we will make available an invaluable service by providing these products..

Please let me know if you would like more information via e-mail

advice @everydayaccess.com.au or phone 1300 551 840.

Kind regards

Debbie
